We hold ourselves to the standard we teach.

Thatcher Lewis trains public safety leaders in accountability. This page shows how we apply the same discipline to our own website: what we publish, what we hold back, and how to challenge anything you read here.

  • Verified claims only

    Every factual claim on this site (dates, prices, awards, credentials) is backed by owner records or public evidence before it renders. Claims we cannot yet document are held offline, not softened into vagueness.

  • Conflicts are held, not averaged

    When two published values conflicted (two different totals for leaders trained), we removed both rather than picking the flattering one. The number returns when the roster supports it.

  • Press labeled for what it is

    Syndicated press releases are never framed as earned editorial coverage. Every placement on our press page carries a visible classification badge.

  • Testimonials from named people

    Every testimonial is attributed to a named, verifiable public-safety leader with their role and agency. We do not publish anonymous praise, and we do not mark our own testimonials up as third-party review ratings.

  • Schema mirrors the page

    Structured data describes only what a human can see and verify on the page. We removed self-serving star ratings, storefront markup for a mailing address, and hidden FAQ markup, and we rebuilt search before re-declaring it.

  • Automated enforcement

    A regression gate scans every page of every build against the registry of prohibited claims. If an unevidenced badge or statistic reappears anywhere, the build fails before it ships.

  • Total leaders trained: two conflicting figures existed, so neither renders until records settle it.

  • Third-party ratings from business bureaus and review platforms: held until a public profile can be linked.
  • POST credit: not yet available, and we say so; we supply documentation so agencies can seek approval themselves.
